IMPORTANT NOTE– WE RECOMMEND YOU TO BUY LAPTOPS WITH INTEL 8TH GENERATION PROCESSORS ONLY AS THE PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT FROM 6TH OR 7TH GENERATION TO 8TH GENERATION IS SIGNIFICANT. IF YOU WANT TO GO WITH AMD THEN RYZEN IS RECOMMENDED OVER THE PREVIOUS GENERATION ‘A’ SERIES CHIPS. As still the 8th Generation i3 processors are yet to come to the market for the laptops hence atleast going with a 7th Generation model is recommended. And getting a dedicated GPU and a full HD display in this budget is next to impossible.

The addition of extra 2 physical cores & 8 threads to the 8th Generation i5 models definitely helps in boosting the performance and smoother multitasking. Some models come with dedicated GPU and some don’t but our advice is not to go with the models with dedicated AMD GPU as these do not perform well at all and since they will have a single cooling fan the laptop gets too hot and decreases the performance. But the laptops with Nvidia mx150 are great for mediocre gaming.

Only in this price range we recommend going even with a 7th generation i5 processors as these laptops have quad cores and Nvidia 1050 GPU which will perform better in gaming compared to the mx150. Only if you are into gaming we recommend this price range or else the under 45,000 laptops should be more than enough for general use and should give similar processing power.
