How to Enable Picture-In-Picture Mode without YouTube RED on Android Oreo!

With Android O rolling officially to Nexus and Pixel Devices also it is being developed by the third party developers and integrating it into some of the famous custom ROMs. Many people are updating to Android O for better battery efficiency and some features, out of these few features there is Picture-In-Picture Mode, which lets you playback any video on a smaller window while doing any other task increasing better multi-tasking performance. But the Picture-In-Picture mode only works with YouTube RED plan, if you happen to live in a country where no YouTube RED is available or if you just don’t want to spend on the Subscription plan, then this will help you Enable PiP Mode without YT RED.

1)      Head to the link below and download the ADB Drivers for your PC.

2)      Download the App Custom Navigation Bar from the PlayStore or link given below.

3)      Head to the ADB Folder and connect your phone to PC.

4)      Press SHIFT+Right click to open up the Command Prompt.

5)      Once into CMD enter “adb devices”, if your phone is connected properly it’ll prompt and Device ID number in CMD but if it doesn’t check your phone’s connection or try updating ADB Drivers.

6)      Enter “adb shell” and hit enter.

7)      Now enter this code “pm grant xyz.paphonb.systemuituner android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS” and hit Enter.

8)      Head to the App Custom Navigation Bar and add and extra button either on left or on right doesn’t matter just the personal preference.

9)      Just select “Keycode” and to select the function in keycode as Window and select OK.

10)   To test it out play any video on YouTube and just hit on the invisible Right or Left button and it should work just fine!
