2)    Download MyJio app from Play Store and generate offer code.
3)    Walk in to any of the Reliance Digital / Dx Mini / Preferred Jio retailer or prominent multi-brand Jio stores with the port out code and your Free Welcome Offer code along with the handset.

  1. Just visited the store. They have denied me porting to jio on basis that there is no official word from upper desk, hence cannot port. So if you can suggest the store in which porting to jio has started, that would be really helpful.

    • Don’t port your number to jio… just wait upto January as the jio is facing so many issues in voice calls with AIRTEL, idea, Vodafone & Tata Docomo… just by one new SIM and use it in ur second slot ( if u have)… As of now jio is only for internet.

    • Just wait for sometime….as other telecom providers are denying the port request….so Jio has repprted to TRAI for it…..it will be solved soon
      All the best
